Bioindividuality is the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. E.g.: one person’s food is another person’s poison.  
Apart from this, every baby is unique and different. Like us adults, they show other temperament traits, feeding, and sleeping needs. Therefore, a one-size-fits-all approach will likely fail in the long run.

Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your and your family's unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background.

We can only thrive and heal when we work on body, mind, and soul holistically. When it comes to pregnancy-related well-being issues like nausea, for example, it is not only the food that makes us feel sick. It is also our mind memorizing and connecting certain foods with feeling bad. The good thing is that our minds can be trained and convinced by the contrary. On a much deeper emotional and energetic level, the root causes of specific health problems are often imprinted in our unconsciousness, such as anxiety, worries, and negative experiences.

Also, one area of life, like sleep, is often intertwined with many factors in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and spiritual awareness are all essential forms of nourishment that can affect our sleep and well-being.

I will support you in achieving your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.
